5 Herb and Ricotta Dip

Ingredients:

6 anchovies
2 garlic clove
2 Tbsp chopped basil
2 Tbsp chopped chives
2 Tbsp chopped tarragon
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsp chopped dill
½  cup Ricotta
½  cup mayonnaise
Salt & pepper
lemon juice

Directions:

  • Puree 6 anchovies, 2 garlic clove and 2 Tbsp each chopped basil, chives, tarragon, parsley and dill.
  • Mix with ½  cup each Ricotta and mayonnaise.
  • Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
