INGREDIENT LIST:

  • (2) 4 oz triangle pieces of triple crème brie cheese
  • ¼ cup toasted hazelnuts
  • 4 tbl truffle honey
  • ¼ cup roasted garlic
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 crostino’s

 

PROCEDURES:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small sauté pan, add olive oil and garlic and cook on low heat until garlic is golden brown and soft. Keep warm. In another small sauté pan, heat pan on med high heat and add hazelnuts- lightly toast, about 4 minutes. Place Brie cheese into a skillet and place in oven; bake until cheese is melted in the inside, about 6 minutes.

To Plate: Leave Brie in the skillet and add hazelnuts and roasted garlic around the cheese. Drizzle truffle honey around the skillet and add 3 crostino’s to both skillets. Serve hot.
