20 ounces brewed coffee
2 tablespoons MCT oil
1-2 tablespoons date syrup (depending on desired sweetness)
1 tablespoon ghee
1 packet Collagen Peptide powder (.35 ounces or about ¾ tablespoon)
Place all ingredients into a blender. MAKE SURE that the blender is in the OFF position. Secure lid. Turn blender on lowest setting and gradually increase until cappuccino is smooth and creamy.
