Chicken Tenders & Broccoli in Gravy

4 tablespoons butter
1 pound chicken tenders
1 tablespoon onion powder
salt and pepper
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red onion, halved and sliced thinly
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 cup beef stock
½ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Heat the butter in a deep sided sauté pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with onion powder, salt and pepper. Brown the chicken on all sides in the butter until cooked through. Remove the tenders from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the broccoli, garlic and red onion for three minutes. Add the chicken back to the pan and pour in the beef stock and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until sauce has reduced and is beginning to thicken. Sprinkle in the parsley and serve!
