Chipotle Chicken Club


5 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 pinch chipotle chili powder
4 slices multigrain bread
5 ounces thinly sliced roasted Chicken
6 slices cooked bacon
¼ cup Alfalfa sprouts
3 ounce Mozzarella, sliced



  • In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and chili powder. Smear the
    mixture on the bread and form a sandwich with the chicken, bacon, sprouts, and Mozzarella.
