Cod And Bacon Skewers

1 lb Cod, cut into 1inch
12 fresh Rosemary stalks
12 piece of half cooked Bacon
3 tbsp Spanish Olive Oil
Juice of 1 small Lime
Salt and Pepper
Lemon wedges, to garnish



  • Skewer fish onto rosemary stalk evenly.
  • Preheat the grill to high and place skewers on it.  Cook on all side until bacon is super charred and fish is tender.
  • Remove, drizzle with oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and serve with lemon wedges for even more citrus goodness.
