CURRIED CARROTS & CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients:

Cauliflower Florets
Baby Carrots
Olive oil
Ground Cumin
Coriander
Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Directions

  1. Toss blanched cauliflower florets and Baby Carrots with olive oil, 2 tsp. each curry powder, ground cumin, Coriander.
  2. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  3. Skewer and grill over indirect heat, covered.
