Deep fried Pickles

Serve: 4-6


Olive oil
Bread and Butter Pickles
Wondra Flour
Sea Salt



  • Heat oil in a pot until it reaches 365º F.
  • Toss pickles in flour, shake excess and fry in batches until very crispy and golden brown.
  •  Remove and drain on a sheet tray lined with a paper bag.
  • Season with salt.
