Capers and Peppers Devil Eggs

10 Hard boiled large Eggs
1 roasted Red Bell Pepper, chopped
2 tbsp Chives, chopped
2 tbsp Capers
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Sour Cream
1 tbsp fresh Dill, chopped
Salt and Pepper
Fresh Dill Sprigs



  • Halve eggs and scoop out yolks, but leaving the whites intact.
  • Mix together pepper, chives, capers, mayo, sour cream, dill, and season with salt and pepper.  Spoon this mixture back into the egg white halves.
  • Garnish with chopped dill. Heavenly!
