Fanny Bay Oysters on the Half Shell with Prosecco Mignonette

• 4 oysters shucked
• 1Tbsp Red and Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
• 1Tbsp Shallots, chopped
• 1Tbsp Chives, chopped
• 1/3 cup Prosecco
• ¼ cup White Balsamic
• Cracked black pepper

Mix all ingredients from bell peppers to black pepper together and serve on top of the chilled, shucked oysters.
