Hungarian Lamb

Ingredients:
cubed Lamb Loin
½ cup Olive oil
4 Garlic cloves
Salt
1 tsp Hungarian Paprika
2 tsp Coriander
2 tsp Fennel seeds
Red Onions
Squash
Bell Pepper
Mint oil

Directions:

  • Marinated cubed Lamb Loin in ½ cup olive oil, 4 smashed garlic cloves, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon Hungarian Paprika and 2 teaspoons each crushed Coriander and Fennel seeds.
  • Skewer with chunks of Red Onion, Squash, Bell pepper and grill. Garnish with Mint Oil.
