Lamb With Tzatziki

1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup finely diced cucumber
¼ teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon chili paste
1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fennel fronds
1 tablespoon butter
6 lamb chops
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper

In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, chili paste, mint, and fennel. Season with salt and pepper, set aside. Season both sides of the lamb chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chops until nicely browned on both sides. When the lamb chops have reached desired doneness, plate with a spoonful of Tzatziki sauce. ENJOY!
