Oysters with Mint

Serve: 12


¼ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp fresh mint
Salt and Pepper
24 oysters, cleaned on the half shell


  • Combine first 4 ingredients together, season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Spoon mixture on oysters evenly. Start shooting shells!
