Pecan Tahini Dip


½ cup Tahini (sesame paste)
2 Lemons, juiced
2 tsp. ground Cumin
2 minced garlic clove
½ cup hot water

  • Puree ½ cup tahini (sesame paste), the juice of 2 lemons, 2 tsp, ground Cumin and 2 minced garlic clove.
  • Drizzle in ½ cup hot water; puree until smooth. Garnish with grapefruit zest, Olive oil, and Pecans.
