Sea Salt Almonds

Serve: 6-8

 

Ingredients:

1 lb whole Almonds, in their skins or blanched
4 tbsp Italian Olive oil
Coarse Sea Salt
1 tsp smoked Paprika

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Toss almonds in olive oil.
  • Roast the almonds in the preheated oven for 20 minutes on a sheet tray, or until they are lightly golden brown, tossing several times during the cooking.
  • Remove almonds from tray and while the almonds are still warm, sprinkle with plenty of sea salt and paprika, and toss together to coat. Serve the almonds warm or cold.
